Woolgoolga is situated on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, 25km north of Coffs Harbour. A popular destination for holiday makers; the locals are friendly and welcoming, a small town with a great community spirit.
Woolgoolga (or Woopi for short) has a boat ramp, beach showers, toilets, change rooms and the beach is patrolled by the Woolgoolga Surf Life Saving Club during summer. Surfing, fishing, diving and snorkelling are all on offer, as well as the popular walks along the beautiful beach.
The beach is in walking distance to cafes, shops, holiday parks and other accommodation. Woolgoolga beach reserve has children's playground facilities, barbeques and picnic areas. Woolgoolga Headland is the ideal spot for taking in the magnificent coastal views or for whale watching from May to October.
